Robotic cell for welding pressure vessels

For user safety, our windows and curtains for robotic cells are electrically operated with speed controlled by a frequency inverter and have sensors that signal locking and send an error signal to the PLC that blocks the motor power supply.
Unlike pneumatic actuation, which in the event of a lock can function as a guillotine if unlocked.
Curtains and windows work together with light curtains and category 4 safety relays or PLCs.
