Robotic Cells
Robotic cells for:
- Arc welding (MIG, TIG)
- Waterjet cutting
- Machining (milling and drilling)
- Material handling
Types of robotic cells:
- Fixed table and automatic window with 1 or 2 workstations
- With transfer table with two or more single-station stations
- Fixed template and automatic curtain with 1 or more workstations
- One or more servo-driven axes, whether circular or linear, to access several faces of the assembly with 1 or more work stations
- Type H with 2 opposing work stations, each station may or may not have a servo-driven vertical circular positioner or fourth axis or turner with 2 stations with 180 degree rotation, cell used for long parts
- Robotic cell for welding pressure vessels
- For user safety, our windows and curtains for robotic cells are electrically operated with speed controlled by a frequency inverter and have sensors that signal locking and send an error signal to the PLC that blocks the motor power supply.
- Unlike pneumatic actuation, which in the event of a lock can function as a guillotine if unlocked.
- Curtains and windows work together with light curtains and category 4 safety relays or PLCs.
