FEATURES:

• Equipment used for linear welding automation for joining sheets or deposition by welding hardened material, such as knives.
• Recovery or deposition by welding of hardened material on cylinders if this equipment is integrated with a circular positioning table.
• MIG or TIG processes.
• Longitudinal torch support carriage driven by three-phase geared motor with encoder for position monitoring or servomotorized, mounted on linear guides. Strokes according to customer application.
• Vertical torch support carriage with optional servomotorized or pneumatic drive.
• Optionally it can be equipped with a mechanical torch oscillator with 24VDC motor or driven by easy servo.
• Automatic cycles. Panel with PLC and 7" color touch screen HMI;
• Welding length and positioning control programmable directly on the HMI screen.
• Support base according to the application. In the figure on the side, the base can be installed directly on a bench.
